Hi Tom, No, although Emily has tons of American Girl books, dolls, accessories and a subscription to the magazine. This is not an American Girl Book. It is part of a series called Dear America The stories are actually fiction, but based on compiled diaries of people from the era when the stories take place. Some of the were available through Scholastic books in September, at a great price...for a set of 3.
