Agressive Deployment. :)

With global CDMA subscriber growth exceeding 150 percent in the
past year, our customers have aggressive deployment plans for this
evolutionary 3G technology," says Bill Wiberg, Lucent's president for
Wireless Network Group cellular and PCS business. "We are confident
we will meet this challenge with Qualcomm as a key partner in our
development and commercialization program."

<<Think of all of those clueless investors who rely on H&Q reports for their due diligence. It staggers the mind to think of the opportunities they have and will continue to miss.>>

WSJ reports today Chase is close to acquiring H & Q for $1.5B. Interesting article about the companies H & Q has worked for/touted in the past. Kinda goes without saying QCOM isn't one of them.
