Barbara, Thanks for the heads-up on the annual report. I checked the P21 website and they have not made it available there yet. Hopefully I'll receive my copy soon. By the way, while cruising their site, I discovered that P21 is currently offering seminars with IBM in addition to the ones they're doing with Microsoft. I also ran across an interesting Microsoft website link that was posted on the Yahoo! P21 thread: microsoft.com There you'll find a very positive supply chain management case study of Prophet 21 and Wake Supply Company. Regards - Dale
