Perhaps Lucent will take note of your critique and that of others..
" The software, however, is not very user friendly. There is no help button. Also, I had to click on each song to get each song to play.

I noticed that it took the software more than twice as long to start playing a song off of my CD as compared to the Microsoft CD player that came with my computer.

Further, my CD drive started acting up. It had trouble finding and starting songs after I had used the software. It was so bad that I ran a virus check just to make sure I didn't have one."

I haven't tried it yet..working on other projects..I hope to soon.
Thanks for the reply.
Have you tried comparing it with MP3 yet?
Best, Savant
