OK 'ole buddy, I'll give 'em one more try. Do I need to report all companies with bad January options, or since it appears to be a relatively generic problem can I get by with a few examples as have already been provided. I would also appreciate knowing why Instinet quotes stop at 5:15 and whether or not there is any way to tell which ECN particular trades are being executed at. Appreciate your input...thanks. sf

Gibbons, ATON 9/24/99 intraday data missing on jersey-r01 I reported this problem to data@quote.com yesterday. I received an emal back from them saying that everything is fine. Please check again since I am looking at the exact problem right now. Thanks. JT

Gibbons, I tried to use your Quote.com Community a few times but was very disappointed at its slowness. Are you going to use it as an official technical support channel? I'd hope so since it's completely in your control. If so, please make adequate human and system resource available for it. If you build it, people will come. By the way, I also tried calling the support line. I gave up after waiting for over 10 minutes listening to classical music. Thanks, JT
