TO ALL!!!! Two weeks ago I was on the phone with Paul and we talked for a 1/2 hour, He said in the best interest of the company they are planning on NOT rewarding any prizes and will extend the contest....He said one of the reasons were that we did not send the money in on time. When I told him once again that it was there fault he told that they had the option of canceling the contest at any time and they would do that if necessary since they didnt make any money and had no participation except us....My reply to him was that they are changing the rules to suit themselves and are cheating the children out of earned awards. I told him that we would take a settlement to the team for a much smaller amount than they earned and they could use it for good publicity, or if they want to go the other way we will publish as many articles as possible to tell the rest of the world how we were treated....He said he would be getting back to me on there final decision. He also said the Company is flat broke and couldnt pay us anyway which to me seems pretty bad as the settlement discussed was only for a couple grand. He also said that that the new financing wasnt the greatest, but it was all they could get and they will release info on it once the first part is all used up to pay back bills. He said the company has "Gazillions" of debts. whatever he means by that. on another note he said My Photo card is only in a beta test in california and he has no I dea who Scott Richards is....so I guess the card Susie got was from someone else?
