FWIW, From what I've read over the last year, I don't think the reform legislation for the USPS will pass. Mostly due to lobbying efforts by FedEx and UPS. Benny(IMHO)

"But then again, everyone here already knew that USPS is another of CKFR's biggest competitors." They are not going to invent the technology themselves. If they are allowed to participate in this market by congress, they will need a technology/service partner to do the plumbing. Who better than the only company that already has a government as a customer/partner. Hint: the government is New Zealand. Think coopetition. Time for a Checkfree sales call to the Postmaster General.
