USAB couldn't agree on a price with some of their larger investors and negotiations are still in process. This isn't uncommon, Sandler O'Neill will call me every morning until they agree on a price. I'll try to keep you up to date. Regarding the counter suit . . . I don't think USAB can counter sue USB!
