Harry: For the record, I did not state, explicitly or implicitly, that this thread was not open to dumb questions. In fact, I stated that the questions you presented here were "not necessarily dumb." See beta.siliconinvestor.com I stated the foregoing because most questions are not dumb. My point, however, was to direct you & others to the proper information source that could answer many more of your questions with authority & avoid any further misstatements here that would only serve to misguide you & others as to some of the technical points being discussed. My intent was to assist you & ensure the discussion of accurate information here.
