I do not think anyone realizes how big this Berghaus deal can be. Pentand is a huge co. Big bucks- Billion with a B!. Each brand they have brought to the US they have made it #1. From a little bit of DD, it looks like Berghaus\Pentland is the kind of Co. that will do whatever it takes to own the market. People on the North Face boards are a little nervous about their new competition. I do not know if they will be competing more against them or Patagonia. Either way, It will be a good deal for XDOGS.
