I think you are assuming that this is DOSCIS 1.0. Since the "big" order is over the next couple of years. Last we all read from various reports, the number of cable modem worldwide will be in the +10 millions in 3 years. Mot is the current leader so why should it be any surprise. AT&T will buy from multiple vendors in my opinion. AT&T has 16 million cable subscribers right now and god willing with the Media One acquisition approval...they will have over 24 millions, I don't think they plan to have only 2 million cable internet subscribers 3 years from now. If that is the case...I would short T, and the just about everyone that make equipments for this industry. DSL would have won the race.

CMTO doesn't make set-top boxes and the Motorola modems mentioned aren't DOCSIS.
