Pair cannot announce contracts until given the go ahead by its larger customers. As you know, it is widely specualted that pair has won and is about to announce the MCI/WorldCom contract which would be huge for pair. IF pair does make such an annnouncement today, I think we will move up another point or two today.

Seems like any other company signs a business deal, announces it, and gets on with business. PAIR, not the most highly regarded company, supposedly has all these deals signed, and it's this big mystery. I guess all I can say is---We'll see---
