An article surfaced on cs as putting itself up for sale on January 2nd or 3rd of this year(at least in the first week of January as I recall).

Hi pat, there's been talk of CS being bought for at least a year now. When I told my friend who works for ADCT, back in May or June that I was hearing a buzz around CS he laughed & said, there's been talk about CS being bought for quite awhile now! I personally like the mgmt. change and improving fundamentals in general with CS. The takeover to me w/b icing on the cake.
