ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 28, 1999-- AirNexus, Inc. of

(OTCBB: symbol LAKO) announces its nomination by 3Com Corporation
(NASDAQ: symbol COMS) to become a new NBX 100 Beta Dealer.
As a Beta Dealer, AirNexus is afforded the latest releases on
software and hardware for evaluation, months before other dealers.
This allows AirNexus to secure contracts today for applications they
have a solution for in future software releases. This nomination is
the result of AirNexus's aggressive penetration of the Texas market

solution, the NBX 100. The NBX 100 is the world's first Ethernet based
multi-line business telephone system to integrated both voice and data
on one single cable infrastructure. By integrating both voice and data
on a single cable plant, users are able to integrate computers and
telephones seamlessly and open the door to a host a new features.
Cody Morgan, President of AirNexus, Inc. stated, "This nomination
is a great accolade for AirNexus. Because of our vision and
forethought, we have been able to capitalize early and penetrate the
Texas market with the 3Com NBX 100 through the installation of
approximately 30 systems to date."
AirNexus will be presenting the 3Com NBX 100 at the Strictly
Business Show in Houston, Texas, September 29th and 30th. 3Com
Corporation is sponsoring AirNexus by providing a state-of-the-art
booth that allows prospective buyers to get a hands-on approach to
some of the computer integrated features provided by the NBX 100
Ethernet based system.
Charlie Downey, CEO of AirNexus, Inc. stated, "The Strictly
Business Show will provide AirNexus with much needed exposure on the
NBX 100. Business executives and MIS personnel alike will be able to
witness the advanced technology first hand, and get vital questions
answered by our experienced salespeople and technicians. Our goal of
the show is to gain exposure, but more importantly, to gain a direct
impact to sales for the fourth quarter of this year. With the
anticipated attendance, we feel the show will be a great success for
AirNexus and 3Com Corporation."
