Well it looks like Medscape is getting a little more life and hit a high of $17.50 on 20 million shares a couple of minutes ago....not bad on a day that the market dumps huge.

....of course MSCP's action isn't helping the price of JDX at the moment.....Yikes

Just had a long conversation with Bill Staudt to see if he could give us any time lines on how long a deal takes or any idea of when a
deal(s) will be done.

It is always a pleasure taking with Bill, very well spoken and sincere gentleman. Of course he wouldn't even give me a hint on when the deal will be done "any day or several month". However he seemed very confident that the deal(s) that will be done will "greatly reward current JDX shareholders". He mentioned that he hasn't sold a single share and is not just in this company for a small gain on his shares.

He also mentioned that he refuses to do a deal just for the sake of getting one done. He reminded me that finding a quality deal takes time. He did mention that once the right deal is found it can often take very little time (1 week) to get everything done...the problem is finding the right deal. He mentioned that the after Medsite.com was brought to them is only took a couple of days to get everything done and close the deal.

I was wondering yesterday where Haywood had gone since we didn't see any buys, breaking an 11 day buying spree. I guess they were on holidays that day...the are the top net share buyer again today with 5 buys.

Best Regards
KEITH
