I do comprehend (having grown up in Bengal, although I am not Bengali).

The market volatility, narrowing breadth, and poor technicals make me cautious of this market. The decision by the Fed is a no-win situation . If they don't raise rates, dollar will tank further (reducing international capital flows that could lead to stock market weakness). If they raise rates the stock market could suffer some. I think the latter scenario s probably better for the stock market medium term as it will stabilize the dollar and bring the 30 year yield below 6%.
