RALPH ALERT!
I just heard on CNBC that Ralph has raised his DOW 13,000 target to "next year". How RALPHlike, change your opinion to you get it right or so you don't look so wrong.
As you all know, when Ralph says "I told you so" or he says uncle, the market is already at a bottom. Ralph just said uncle.
