Carl, I can't remember where I read that Dell's problem was with 700MHz. All these articles are now a blurr.

Running 800MHz and 700 or at 600MHz might improve the reliability however I also read somewhere that yield was low even at 600MHz so there may not be enough parts to allow this underclocking.

As for read, write, refresh, etc. I've seen zero info on that. The psuedo tech press doesn't know how to ask the question and there doesn't seem to be any leaks from anyone who knows anything.
