announce today that it has completed its $9.98 million plus bond issue with the City of Rochester and State of New York. The purpose of
the bond issue is for economic development in the city of Rochester and State of New York.
Jon Darmstadter President & CEO of The Children's Beverage Group, Inc. said, "We would like to thank the Rochester funds, City of
Rochester, and State of New York for their belief and commitment in The Children's Beverage Group and this project."

Bonds were purchased by....
Rochester Funds, which is a mutual fund run by Oppenheimer Mutual Funds, (link below). Average return for all $9.8 mill. is
7.15%. (the $9.8 mill is made up of several chunks of money, some is grant money, some Hud money, some muni. bond,
etc...). The money is in the hands of TCBG. Look for some PR towards the end next week.
