Rochester Funds, which is a mutual fund run by Oppenheimer Mutual Funds, (link below). Average return for all $9.8 mill. is 7.15%. (the $9.8 mill is made up of several chunks of money, some is grant money, some Hud money, some muni. bond, etc...). The money is in the hands of TCBG.
