J.T., it was SUPPOSED to be a cycle high...so i speculated that the cycle may have inverted to produce a cycle low. another potentially viable theory is that the ST cycles have succumbed to a cycle of larger degree that has turned negative. that could be either the 3 1/2 year cycle(bad), or the 16 1/2 year cycle(very bad). if it is the latter we would have to assume that a secular bear market has begun, not just a cyclical one.
