Dear DePeep,
Thanks for the insight. Right now my guess is that company is doing a lot of "stuff" on their own when they should be outsourcing. I know the goal may be to save money, but when it comes to handling all of this (whatever "this" is), the management needs to just stand up and say "Hi, my name is ______, and I'm an inept manager".

And I can show empathy, I am an inept investor! lol
