Hi Popiye, I am very happy that you are back with ECNC. It seems like old times, you, Fli and myself. I am much more comfortable with you being aboard Fli's fan. The news release today is the business plan we talked about almost two years ago when we bought BETT originally. Things may take time, but Tom has the strength to keep plugging away until he finally realizes his dream. I am glad that Tom does not get discouraged like I do at times. To have a country sign-off with the politicians and bankers saying their product fits the bill, is "safe", and timely. Little by little, ECNC will gain respect of the investment community.
