From Briefing.com: 12:46 ET Dow Forecast : Prudential's Technical Analyst, Ralph Acampora is considering reducing his 1999 Dow forecast of around 12,000 though he is still bullish, he sees downside numbers of 8900-7200 on the DJIA. LOL.. These guys crack me up! Talk about covering all of your bases... If the DOW goes up, he'll say "see I told you it was going up". If the DOW goes down, he'll say "see I told you it was going down". Gee.. 12,000 looks a little silly from where we sit right now. Analysts are pond scum... (JMO) KT
