Alan, I don't think it is a matter of which is worth more at this point. Multikine is closer to being approved, so it is worth more, but LEAPS has so many applications it could be worth more in the long run. How do I see it? I see LEAPS as a way to provide the company with the money they need to get Multikine to the market without another Private Placement. The company is getting low on cash again. What do we have left, a year and a half? By selling off parts of HGP-30 and LEAPS we can get the money we need. Sure, I'd love to see them keep 100% of all of the technologies, but it is not going to happen. They must raise money somewhere and I think this is the best way to do it. Just my opinion. Rick
