I agree .....

that with the price of gold higher, more mines can potentially remain open or open. But EMR needed a partnership to be viable. Without the processing equipment needed to commercialize the EMR technology, EMR would not have been able to market it's technology no matter what the price of gold. That is why a partnership with Bateman [... or equivalent] was so important.

The highest cost of production of gold [generally] is in south africa which is where Bateman is well established.

I believe that EMR is positioned where it needs to be positioned ... with a partner who has the contacts with a lot of potential clients for EMR's technology.

It has taken a lot longer than I would have hoped to get to this stage of commercializing EMR's technology. But it is difficult to change the mindset of an industry very quickly.

I think that the EMR's potential has been legitimized with the Bateman partnership ... now Bateman has to prove that it can market EMR's technology effectively. I believe that they have a time limit to prove their worth.

I don't see the stock price of EMR even begin to reach it's potential for another 8 months to a year. But look out after that if you haven't climbed the band wagon already.

I've been holding on longer than I've wanted to ... waiting for the potential to be realized ... but I believe it to be there ... it's a matter of being patient.

Technology moves in stages. Gold production has been in a particular stage for the last 10 years. Now we could be moving into a new stage of gold production ... a stage where the use of the EMR technology can be utilized and replace the current methods.

This is a very interesting and challenging time for the industry ... hopefully, for those who have invested in EMR, the benefits will reward those who have taken the risks from the very beginning and invested in EMR.

Best,

Rick
