Ed, Certainly I am confused here, and it sounds like you have information that you are unwilling or unable for certain reasons to relate at this time. If there is a takeover in progress, it is being done very cheaply, I must admit. Frankly, I will have to hear more concrete details before I get excited. Still looks like distribution to me, but I do not know from whence the demand comes. Tremendous volume with a share price decline? Most unusual situation, for certain!
