Bob, I have been sure that CEI is the most underrated REIT out there. The additional effort in Investor Relations is the only thing that will effect the street short term and I'm not sure it will help. The re-organization has been going on for a few months, and this is just one of the steps. So... with all the confidence I have in CEI's management and a drop from 24 to 17-1/2 in just a few months, I don't value my opinion too much. Someone big is accumulating today, with a volume of nearly 2,000,000 shares as opposed to a normal volume around 300,000-600,000 recently on most days. I'd like it if CEI finishes at or above 17-3/4.
