PAYP just saw that , they have been waiting all morning to raise this one , looks like no one helped them out with cheap shares. There has been a lot of talk about the 144's but they are history now dating back to july and at least dilution is not hanging over us anymore, some one bought 'em cheap who knows what's in store.
