I called NRE. There is a really vicious power struggle between mngt and a shareholder group. The company was VERY legalistic in its comments. As near as I can tell, the company wanted to do some type of reorg, and the shareholder group said NO WAY! I suspect the re org would be done to facilitate some type of business change. Don't know why the company would do a re org unless current shareholders would be left out (there are about 20MM shares). The supreme court of BC has ordered to company to have another AGM. Any thing can happen.
