Message 11358800 He did look for a bottom just below 10,100 (if my reading is correct) but was claiming limited downside on Friday due to a short-term Wilder RSI (5 days rather than intermediate-term or long-term Wilder RSI). He also flipped from looking for a high to looking for a low on Sep 28. (There are many others who 'invert' cycle tops/bottoms or just refer to them as cycle change dates. There is also the issue of dominant longer-term cycles taking precedence over shorter-term cycles, but that was not addressed either).
