Very positive tone from Kozlowski. They bought $900M worth of annual revenues for $1.1B not counting any cost-cutting that is sure to come. These guys are pros and I will continue to hold through this downturn whatever the explanation.

Hopefully the new accounting rules will not hamper their ability to grow their company.
