Wow, some people must really be getting whacked. I hope they only risked what they could afford to see flushed down the pipe. Is this how a free market is supposed to perform?

I never buy bullion, too much hassle, not to mention that even with bullion up from 255-to-308 (20.7%), the XAU is up 64.25-to-86.18 (+34.1%) - better than bullion.

Thanks for explaining that to me ;) My point was, is still is, that I was glad to see the stocks pause today and have a chance to absorb yesterday's gains. Gold at 300-310 and XAU 80-90 look like fair values for each, and a reasonable relationship between the two.
