It is amazing how internet changes everything around us.
Granted, FDRY is not a pure DOT.COM company, but this
kind of opening would never had happened, if there was
never a stock called AMZN which went from 250 to 600 in
less than 2 months.

I still remebered in 1997 when I "rushed" in and bought
ATHM IPO on its opening day for 10 1/4 (split adjusted).
And I thought i was ripped off by paying a high premium:)

Or, how about the LU IPO day in 1996?

And even EBAY could be bought at 17 on its IPO day in 1998.

Sigh.........
