Puhleeeeeeez is right!

Meanwhile the stock price is in the shi**er! How much lower does it have to go before we hear something like: "OOOps, was that 2.375 : 1?? We meant 5 : 1! Yeah, that's the ticket..."

Frustrated as hell with what used to sound like a good company!
Maxx

Gay broadcast firm threatens to sue over Web postings
A California company that produces gay and lesbian radio programs is threatening to sue people who have been posting remarks on Web sites that claim the firm is under investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission and about to cease trading. Knight-Ridder Tribune Business News reports that Triangle Broadcasting, based in Palm Springs, Calif., claims the postings are a concerted effort to drive down the price of its stock. Triangle spokesman James French said the company had identified four people using aliases who he says made the postings. After the comments, Triangle's price dropped from 38½ per share to 17½. Although the SEC does not confirm investigations of individual companies, the wire service reports that Triangle is not listed among the firms named on its Web site as under scrutiny. "This is not a free speech issue, because some of our stockholders are getting hurt," French told Knight-Ridder Tribune. "If people want to make honest criticisms of us, that's fine. But they can't say things that aren't true." French said the four individuals were believed to be selling Triangle stock "short," in which investors profit if the price of the stock drops. Triangle owns two radio stations in the Pacific Northwest.

A report on my conversation with Roger A.

I had called, "Is on the phone... Want to...".
I left my name & number... No returned call...
Next day I called again (after hours recording exactly at 5 PM PDT)
The next day (today), I received a call from Roger.

Roger: "Do you have questions about Bingo?"
Me: "Yes, as well a few other questions."

Roger: "I can't answer any questions about the stock."
Me: "I don't have any Stock questions... just four short ones."

Me: "Was RealNetworks paid for last weekends' Auction/Bingo broadcast?"
Roger: "I don't know... I'm primarily in Public Relations of Bingo."

Me: "Does Tony Roman still work there?"
Roger: "Yes"

Me: "Is there a way to pre-test a broadcast prior to going live?"
Roger: "Well... I suppose so... Yes, but I'm not a technical person. I can't really answer that question."
Me: "Who can answer that question?"
Roger: "I suppose that Tony Roman would be the best person to ask."
Me: "Is there an alternative person to ask?"
Roger: "No. Tony is the one to ask."

Me: "I still haven't received the Bingo cards you said you were going to send me."
Roger: "It is very hectic around here. We're getting new computer equipment and we can't get to the Internet... We can't get to email or anything." "We are currently faxing the Bingo cards."
"Do you have a fax#?"
Me: Yes, I have a fax# but I don't leave it on all the time. I get faxes by appointment only... turning it on when required.
"When would you be ready to fax to me?"
Roger: "Tomorrow morning... Say 9:30 am..."
Me: "OK, I'll call you at 9:30 and get it set."
Roger: "Very good... I will sure try to have it for you."

End of conversation...

Stay tuned...

Joe
