Glad to know the math is not central to the story. I just bought a companion reader, (you're starting to cost me money here) and there is no mention of a Dr. Jamf in it. I love these books with stream of consciousness allusions, I'm gonna try not to rely on the commentary too much.

You think Gravity's Rainbow is a guy's book because its full of sex? Hmmm...sounds like reverse sexism to me.

Just started reading the commentary to Gravity's Rainbow. The annotations are pretty detailed. If you post what page Dr. Jamf is on, maybe I can find him somewhere in the notes. He is not in the index.
