I think this is fine, and I think most SCs would agree to a point. The problem enters on issues like homosexual rights and abortion. How would you eliminate levers there, particularly on abortion?

If abortion is fundamentally murder, you got a problem. I honestly would allow folks to kill their own kids even months after birth if they would do it on their own dime. But not everyone is as liberal as I (Mercy I can be so brutally self-deprecating, or rather self-defecating.) I can understand how other SCs will disagree.
