"The major thing that's holding them back right now is the quartz tubes," said Andrew Lin, an electronics analyst at Jardine Fleming in Taipei. "There's a big shortage." So how can you get enough quartz tubes to Taiwan? Charter a 747 or better yet a squadron of C-130s. Are there enough quartz tubes in stock somewhere in the world? Who supplies quartz tubes? Perhaps their stock would be a good buy now?
