Larry -- I sat in on a discussion with a top NN manager and 4 analysts and heard in no mistaken terms that the co. did not want any upgrades. I asked if the contract numbers had been factored in and was told definitely not. Just the same, Alan wants the bar kept low and the analysts have agreed to respect his wishes. In one case the analyst argued quite forcefully and in the end relented. I think your criticisms would have been valid earlier in the year. Now, with upgrades waiting in the wings once the quarter's over, there is huge upside. Incidentally, NN's not going to Geneva empty-handed. The 50/320 will be fully operational --- not a prototype --- and I'm told their audience will be captive. Pat
