Not a lolita tax. I am a perfect gentleman with the lolitas, despite what I might tease y'all into thinking. As for what is going on, let me give you one of my newest Cool Rules for a Happy Life: Never treat the Totally Mad with the same politeness you grant to the sane. Even if you have to work with them. Keep them away from you with a sharp stick, and jab them if they try to approach you. The whirlpool of insanity that swirls around them will pull you into its vortex, and God help you after that. The hard part is recognizing these loonies for what they are. It isn't always easy, but I have to say I Should Have Known.
