I believe NETP was not referenced directly because it does not use NETP's product. My understanding is, Amazon originally used NETP but then got an attack of NIHS (not invented here syndrome) and developed their own personalization instead. How can he talk about "he referenced logging on to amazon.com and then how NETP personalization engine..." and not mention NETP directly, either he mentioned it or he didn't. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to be proven wrong on this but my understanding is they do NOT use NETP. I just checked the NETP web site, amazon is NOT listed as a customer. But, if their stock were $40/shr I'd be retired now.
