Don, i just mentioned this fact in my post to Bobby. there have been instances in the past when the market moved up in spite of such low p/c ratio readings. however, the market's valuation was much lower and the overall backdrop, fundamental as well as technical, more favorable in these instances than now. we will see if it means anything this time around or not. regards, hb
