Singularly that is correct; however there are 2 reasons why I feel that the bounce has limited upside until the FOMC, at which time the news will probably have an effect on the technicals.

1) The DOW and SPX started down only from the UPPER MIDRANGE, and never got to the short-term extreme levels of the CLASS SELL levels. Without getting so low as a CLASS 1 BUY signal, its a hint of TRIANGULAR OSCILLATION.

2) Statistically, before an important news announcement, my short-term technicals are commonly smack in the middle. Although the reaction time to my signals are based on statistics, the issue of the news announcement is more meaningful.
