Is that CNBC thing about Gates and PAA true? Is this the makings of some weird silver cartel with Buffett. the two of them did seem quite comfortable in each others company while lecturing at the University...

Maybe Bill Fleckenstein, who is a director of PAAS, owns something like 3% of the company, and is from up there in MS land (Seattle) turned Gates on to the stock.
