If the shareholders approve the increase in shares, would it still continue to be target of a hostile buyout? The only buyer with deep pockets to make that happen is either ATT or MSFT or maybe both.

I don't think it is a problem to wonder about. I have had pointed out to me that the unsubstantiated rumor I posted is not true. Even if it were, Big Brother would certainly intervene.
