HOW I GIVE MEPHISTO A PILL WHEN HOUSEMATE IS AWAY! I sit on top of toilet with Mephisto hind legs wedged between mine. I place my left arm underneath his head. I hold Mephisto's head with left hand while I pry mouth open with right hand. If I'm lucky, I get the pill in his mouth. Then I clamp his jaws shut. If I'm unlucky he wiggles and I never get the pill in his mouth OR he spits it up. If this scenario goes on for very long, he begins to shed. He may or may not swallow the pill. In the end, Mephisto find his revenge ~ when I stand up I am covered with black fur!!!!! Most of the time I don't try and give him his anti-histamine when housemate is away. It's just not worth the effort! Lois, congratulations! Is this the message that you wanted to copy! Now, you know how to do it. I sprayed all but one rose in the front! Tomorrow is suppose to be another lovely day with a temperature around 70! Cheers, M
