Pat, in other words, Shaw is getting cable equipment at substantially reduced prices relative to market price. Since Terayon revenues for the last 6 qtrs should be around 80 mln, assuming Shaw accounted for even 30% of the sale, it comes to around 24 mln. So with 53 mln realised as gain on sales of TERN shares, it looks like they get the equipment free and on top of it make some money for using Terayon modems. Is the street blind?
