KLP if an institution owns less than 5% of the shares outstanding they don't have to register when they buy and sell securities. But if you look on bloomberg you can find out every institution that is involved with the stock and how much they own the only time you find out which one sold it is generally at the end of the quarter when they report their positions. The seller that sarkiebug mentioned was only 56,000 some odd shares which would take no time to sell. In my opinion those shares are already in the market, and were there about a week ago. Again the seller or sellers I am talking about are a lot bigger than 50,000 shares. Also in my opinion these sellers have got to be very close to being done, because with the amount of stock that has been sold if it was anyone other than Russ or Vulcan (who both have to file so it cannot be either)they should be real close to being done.
