I know this is a bit dated, but an interesting article nonetheless on Allen/Savoy.

You may be right about delay, but as of today ML indicates 10/14. Also, demand for offering is high; witness the increase of pricing range (15-17 to 17-19). My order for 1000 shares went in today @ 19/share subject to change.

Sarkie,
One reason to move forward with no delays is to take advantage of T's current ambiguity (are they telcom or are they cable or are they simply too confused and overwhelmed?)and TWX's current weakness. CHTR needs to deal for more cable property and there's no better time than when other players hold weak hands.

Also, just found out that LVLT owns ~40% of RCNC. There is more than meets the eye in PA's recent investment. RCNC is residential play from my understanding which adds another stream of revenues. LVLT on the other hand is pure b2b play in a hot subsector. Can you say s-y-n-e-r-g-y?
Check out LVLT's thread and performance in the coming months.YZ
