Papaya King, I am onshore, but here in the central US OS/service business per my neighbor from Varco (Totco a sub of Varco actually) says that business has really picked up in the last four weeks. We are fighting for good rig crews ourselves and at least in Texas they are starting to use furloughed prisoners to come out and work the rigs during the daytime now.....(Wages are banked for the prisoners and given to them with interest when they leave prison i.e they leave prison in decent financial shape)

Deliverability is not there in gas right now. I spoke with another neighbor last night who is President of another smaller yet substantial onshore rig company n the central US. He agreed with Cloyce Talbott's (Patterson) comments that the number of rigs drilling for gas in North Aemrica needs to double if we are to met NG demand.

And as oil prices rise more companies will "switch fuels" from oil to natural gas putting even more pressure on gas supplies here at the end of the year....
