Hi guys.

Don't be surprised if the WSP share price continues to tumble in the short term. This financing deal means the dilution of existing shareholders. The market will factor this into the share price almost immediately.

The one bright spot here is the fact that the financiers get to purchase up to 50% of the subscription amount for their own portfolios. They will obviously then have a vested interest in seeing this stock move up sharply after the financing deal is done. Be patient and you will be rewarded.

This situation is set up for a classic Cannacord "pump and dump". The trick is to beat them to it by timing your purchase and sell orders to take advantage of their manipulation. You probably won't hit it quite right, but you probably won't go wrong either!

Have fun!

Grant.
